Strong negotiation strategies towards rates and service levels with customers that would generate a healthy business and build long lasting relationship.
Monthly & quarterly forecasting of business & revenue of all products.
Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze RFQs, tenders, and customer inquiries related to project cargo, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge shipments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, sales, procurement, engineering) to gather cost components for pricing.
Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, crane vendors, and other service providers for accurate rate collection.
Prepare detailed pricing sheets and customer-facing quotations for multimodal project cargo solutions.
Develop customized pricing strategies based on route feasibility, cargo specifications, risk, and market conditions.
Maintain a database of historical rates, vendor tariffs, and market benchmarks.
Conduct margin analysis to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
Support the sales team in customer meetings and commercial discussions as required.
Track pricing performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.
Stay up to date with market trends, fuel surcharges, port charges, and equipment availability impacting pricing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in pricing, project costing, or finance within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of logistics cost drivers across different modes (road, sea, air, rail).
Advanced Excel skills; experience with pricing tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CargoWise, Oracle, TMS platforms) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple pricing projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
